1. Order Cancellation

We understand that plans can change. You can request to cancel your order under the following conditions:

  • Timeframe: You may cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it. After this period, your order is sent for processing and can no longer be canceled.

  • Shipped Orders: An order cannot be canceled once it has been dispatched from our facility.

2. Damaged, Incorrect, or Expired Products

We take utmost care in packaging and delivering your order. However, if you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, expired, or spoiled, please follow these steps:

  • Reporting Timeframe: You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. For highly perishable items like milk, bread, fruits, and vegetables, we request you to report any issues on the same day of delivery.
  • Required Evidence: To help us resolve the issue efficiently, you must provide your order number and clear photographic evidence of the item in question (e.g., photo of the damaged packaging, the wrong item, or the expiration date). Please send these details to support@habibimart.com.
  • Resolution: Upon successful verification of the issue, we will offer one of the following solutions:
    • Replacement: We will send a replacement for the specific item at no extra cost on your next order or as soon as possible.
    • Refund: If a replacement is not feasible or desired, we will process a full refund for the item’s value.

3. Returns Policy

Due to the nature of the products we sell, our returns policy is specific to product categories.

  • Perishable Goods: For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for perishable items. This includes, but is not limited to, dairy products, bread, fruits, vegetables, and frozen foods. Refunds or replacements are only provided for these items if they are delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition as mentioned in Section 2.
  • Non-Perishable & Daily Use Items: For sealed, non-perishable items like canned goods, packaged snacks, cleaning supplies, and personal care products, we may accept a return if:
    • The return is initiated within 48 hours of delivery.
    • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original, undamaged packaging.
    • To initiate a return for an eligible item, please contact our customer support. Please note that return shipping costs may be the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Eligibility: Refunds are processed for eligible order cancellations and for issues with damaged, expired, or incorrect products as approved by our team.
  • Process and Timeframe: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. The exact time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank.
  • Non-Refundable Charges: Please be aware that delivery and handling charges are non-refundable.
